The three years MOGLYNET-EJD stems from six Doctoral Courses/Schools at the five beneficiary institutions providing research and training in the field of drug discovery and health. All PhDs courses are accredited and evaluated on a regular basis by internal evaluation boards or external certified bodies.

The representatives of all partners (academic and non-academic) have already defined the skills to be acquired by each ESR. In line with the policy suggested by the EC DG-Education and Culture, European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) will be adopted as an instrument for creating transparency in academic performance. 60 ECTS per year will be assigned to researcher trainees as detailed in the Table below: ECTS.

Two secondments are planned for each ESR with the main objective of acquiring research or complementary training Pharma-skills that are not provided at the home institution:
• a secondment at one of the academic beneficiaries awarding the doctoral degree (6 months)
• a secondment at one industrial partner (3-4 months depending on their core specialization)

MOGLYNET plans to organize two Summer Schools focused on PET Imaging and Radiopharmaceutical development and on Pharma-Skills. A third summer school will be selected by each ESR.

Additional training events will be hosted in turn by each Beneficiary at Network Meetings and released jointly with the partner organizations. Interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary events will be organized on topics of relevance for MOGLYNET, and on selected subjects/skills necessary to complement ERSs’ knowledge.
